MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

MLD stimulates the functions of the lymphatic/immune and nervous systems. It is used to treat a number of health problems, including sinus conditions, headaches, bronchitis, constipation, sports injuries and related oedemas and post-trauma (surgical, accident, illness) conditions.

Lymphatic Drainage massage is about assisting fluid return. Massage strokes are slower and specifically channelled in the direction of lymphatic flow. Each stroke is directed specifically to achieve the required result.

Clients may choose a partial or full body treatment.
