*Terms and Conditions

1. This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless it is a special promotion in this case it will be stated how long it is valid.
2. You will need to make a booking to use this voucher. I don’t do walk-in appointments.
3. If the value of this voucher is more than the cost of your treatment, then I will put the remaining value into our system for you to use for another massage. You can check the remaining balance of your voucher at any time.
4. If the value of this voucher is less than the cost of the treatment that you have booked, then you’ll need to pay the difference at the end of your session.
5. You cannot use this voucher to buy another gift voucher.
6. You cannot redeem this voucher for cash.
7. It is super helpful for you to present the original Gift Voucher to me at the date of treatment. I do keep excellent records though, so if you cannot find your voucher and still want to use it, then I’ll ask for the name of the person who gifted it to you so that I can retrieve the details of your voucher from my system.
8. This voucher will not be valid past its expiry date which is 3 years from the date of purchase.
9. I retain the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable. I am not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
10. If you do not turn up for your appointment or cancel your appointment at the last minute, then my No Show and Cancellation Policy apply. If there’s an emergency, you are sick or there is something unpreventable that happens to you that stops you from making it to your appointment – call me and I’ll gladly rebook your appointment for you. If not, then you agree to forfeit the value of this voucher.
11. Terms are void where prohibited by law.
12. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Victoria.
