Cancellation Policy

I respect that your time is valuable and I appreciate that you understand mine is too.

I have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 12 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

Any cancellations that occur within the 12 hour period will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied.  The fee will be 50% to the value of the consultation fee for that booking.

If you do not call, text or email to cancel your appointment or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service.
