It focuses on relieving soft tissue tension in the jaw, face, head, and upper body, with the aim of promoting balance, mobility, and relaxation.
Intraoral Buccal Myofascial Release
As part of this approach, gentle, gloved work May be performed inside the mouth to address tension in deeper jaw and vacial muscles. This technique supports soft tissue release, encourages lymphatic flow in the face and neck, and may contribute to a sense of lift, balance, and improved facial tone. Many clients also report a feeling of deep relaxation and spaciousness and ease following treatment.
This part of the treatment is entirely optional and can be excluded if preferred.
